Chinese Police: "The Communist Party is The Law"
By correspondent from Sichuan Province, China (Clearwisdom.net) "The Communist Party is the law": This was the "legal" basis for police from the Yanganzhen Police Station in Qionglai City, Sichuan Province, to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. Ms. Wang Chuanxiu and Ms. Wang Shuihua, both Falun Dafa practitioners from Xinjin County, Sichuan Province, were arrested by police from the Yangan Town Police Station on June 19, 2009, when they were clarifying the truth in Yangan Township, Qionglai City. During the detention, Dong Cun, the director of the police station, slapped Ms. Wang Shuihua on the face and used an electric baton to shock her. In his report, police officer Jiang Nan accused Ms. Wang Chuanxiu of "disturbing the social order" and took her to Qionglai City Detention Center. Ms. Wang Chuanxiu's children went to Yangan Police Station many times and requested the release of their mother. Police threatened them: "Don't come again, or we will arrest you too." Ms. Wang Chuanxiu is more than 60 years old and she is the primary caretaker in her family. Falun Dafa cured her chronic diseases when all medicines had failed. She followed the principle of TruthCompassion-Forbearance and she improved so much both physically and mentally. She used to have a bad temper and the relationship between her and her husband was pretty bad. These have all changed since she began practicing Falun Dafa. On July 22nd, Ms. Wang Chuanxiu's family members went to the police station again and demanded Ms. Wang's release. Her family members asked: "Which law in China did Wang Chuanxiu act against? Which law said Falun Gong is an evil cult? Please show us." Jiang Nan and the other policemen could not answer. Then Jiang said: "The Communist Party is the law." What Jiang said showed the true nature of the Communist Party, which is always placed above the law. What Ms. Wang Chuanxiu has done - practicing Falun Dafa or distributing materials for truth clarification, are all supposed to be protected by China's constitution, which guarantees citizens' rights of freedom of belief and speech. 真正破坏法律实施的是中共警察
【明慧网二零零九年八月三日】（明慧通讯员四川报道）“共产党就是法律”，这是四川省邛崃 市羊安镇派出所迫害法轮功学员的法律“依据”。
四川省新津县大法弟子王传秀、王水花二人于2009年6月19日，在邛崃市羊安镇向世人讲述法 轮功真相，被羊安派出所绑架关押。在该所，所长董存打王水花的耳光，并用电警棍电击全身 。警察蒋南整王传秀的黑材料，以所谓“破坏社会秩序”的罪名，将王传秀关进邛崃市看守所。 王传秀的子女多次到羊安派出所讲理、要求释放母亲，警察不但不听，还恐吓其子女，“不要 来了，再来，连你一起关起来”。 王传秀按照“真、善、忍”标准要求自己，身体、思想发生了天翻地覆的变化。多年医院医治无 效的疾病，炼功后不药而愈。60多岁的王传秀是家中主要劳动力。过 去脾气暴躁，炼功后变温和了，夫妻两人原来长期不和（同住一屋各自开锅），炼功后夫妻和 好如初。这些变化，周围的人有目共睹。其子女也将这些情况向警察们 讲述过，希望唤醒警察们的良知，不要再迫害好人。 可是，羊安派出所的警察们根本不顾事实真相，以莫须有的罪名，将王传秀关进邛崃看守所至 今。 2009年7月22日，王传秀的家属再次到羊安镇派出所要人，值班警察（负责王传秀这一事件） 对王传秀的家属说：王传秀 “利用×教组织破坏社会秩序，已经触犯了法律。”家属问警察：“中国的现行法律，哪款哪条写 有法轮功是×教？王传秀触犯了法律的哪条哪款？请拿出来给我们 家属看。”蒋南与其他警察既回答不了家属的提问，又拿不出法律依据。蒋南说：“共产党就是 法律”。一语道破了中共凌驾于法律之上的恶霸嘴脸，中共的警察们 就是这样践踏法律，是真正破坏法律实施的犯罪。 王传秀炼法轮功也好，向世人讲真相也好，发放真相资料也好，都是符合《宪法》公民有信仰 自由、言论自由的规定。是完全合法的。 奉劝邛崃市的各级官员、警察、公安干警们：希望你们好好学习中国现行法律，不要再执法犯 法。要知道，你们今天对法轮功修炼者的迫害，不久的将来一定要负法律责任的。不要为了眼 前的一点点利益，葬送了自己及其家人的未来。 (English Translation: http://www.clearwisdom.net/html/articles/2009/8/22/110232.html) 成文：2009年07月29日 发稿：2009年08月03日 更新：2009年08月03日 02:16:46 明慧网版权所有 © 1999-2009 MINGHUI.ORG
