Presentation Checklist
Saturday/Sunday
Turning on the computer
• Password: keynote
Setting up ProPresenter
• Select the “Weekend” playlist and delete all the songs
• Delete everything out of Pre-Roll, Verbals, & Message EXCEPT the series graphic
slides
• Transfer all files from network folder at mediaserver to the local folder Keynote
FIles
• Open a new Finder window (in Finder, press Command-N
• Double-click on mediaserver in the sidebar of the window
• Double-click on Weekend GFX_Video
• Navigate to the current weekend’s folder, double-click to open
• Open another Finder widow
• Double click on Keynote Files in the sidebar
• Double click on the current month folder (eg. 02 February)
• Create a new folder for the current weekend (eg. Feb 26-27, 2011)
• Copy all files and folders from the network folder (in Weekend GFX_Video) to
the local folder you just created.
• Close and disconnect from the Weekend GFX_VIDEO
Start Building Playlist In ProPresenter
• Place the songs for this weekend into the playlist.
• Copy the files from the Pre-Roll folder into the Pre-Roll presentation in
ProPresenter
• Copy the files from the Announcements folder into the Verbals presentation in
ProPresenter
• Copy any extra graphics into their appropriate presentation (i.e. baptisms, special
announcements, child dedications, interviews)
Putting Lyrics & Backgrounds Together
• Once the correct songs are in the playlist and in the correct order you can begin
formatting them
• Go through all the songs and apply the current series template
• The song name needs to be 48pt font, and the writer 38pt font. In either the
bottom left or right corners
• Then apply the backgrounds to each song
Creating The Message
• Open Microsoft Entourage, look for an e-mail from Ken or Ryan with the message
notes
• Save the sermon notes in the weekend folder (that you created earlier)
• Print out 2 copies. One for you and one for the videographer
• Open the Keynote file from last weekend and delete all the slides and Save As...
(When saving, make sure you rename it for the correct weekend and save it in the
correct folder for that weekend)
• DONT FORGET TO SAVE OFTEN
• Once the message is built, Export them as images in JPEG format to the
weekend folder (Share Menu -> Export)
• Save and close Keynote
• Drag the message slides into ProPresenter
• Don’t forget to add the Series Graphic and After Service Prayer Slides to the end
of the message
Turning on Screens
• Turn on the Plasma
• Turn on all 4 balcony screens
• Launch Safari
• Click on the “Center Projector” bookmark below the address bar (wait for the
page to fully load, it may take a few seconds)
• Click the Login button:
Username: ccm7
Password: ccm7
• Click the Power button
• Minimize Safari
Shutting Down
• Saving & Sync
• Save everything in ProPresenter (File Menu -> Save All)
• Connect to Weekend GFX_VIDEO
• Sync the ProPresenter library to the server
Turning Everything Off
• Shutdown ProPresenter
• Power off the Projector and close Safari
• Shutdown the Computer
• Turn off the Plasma
• Turn off the 4 Balcony Screens
