                               The following exhibits indicate that ethnicity of the general population

                               Asian and Hispanic populations.

                               SCUSD had a little less racial diversity than the city of Sacramento as

                               district had a slightly smaller proportion of Hispanic residents than the

                               composition between 1990 and 2000 included relatively fewer Asian

                               Sacramento as a whole. Sacramento County added proportionally more

                               between 1990 and 2000 and the 2000 portion of Hispanic population in
                               SCUSD was very similar to change in the city and county.

                               Building Permits
                               There was a low number of permits in the district for new housing in
                               2001-03 compared to the higher numbers in 2004 and 2005. Permits


                               projected impact on the schools near the permit locations. Elementary
                               school areas with the most residential growth resulting from the past


                               exhibits show permit locations in scatter maps. The general trend

                               concentrate new development on the edges of the district.
