                                    1st place - $50.00 (in each category)
                                             2nd Place - Ribbon
                                                3rd Place - Ribbon

 To enter the Pecan Bake-Off to be held on September 25th, 2011 at the 24th Annual MS Pecan
Festival, please send a completed entry form to the address below. Please fill out an entry form for
each different entry into the Bake-Off!!!
* All entries are required to use at least 1 cup of pecans
* Items must be checked in between 9 am -11 am on Sunday, September 25th, at the MS
Pecan Festival Information booth, located on the grounds of festival. They will there direct you to
where you need to drop it off,
* Any items received after 11:00 am will not be considered for judging.
* When you drop off your item, please be sure to include the recipe on a 3"x5" card. Entries
Will not be accepted without recipes.
* NO ENTRY FEE REQUIRED!!!
* Judging will be between 11 am and 1 pm with awards presentation on main stage at 1:30 pm
on Sunday.
* NO REFRIGERATION AVAILABLE!!!
* After judging, entries will be used for the MS Pecan Festival Charity Tasting with proceeds
to benefit Tupelo Children's Home.
* We are not responsible for any dishes left after the Tasting Fair is over. They will be thrown
away!!!!!
