REPORTS
The following are examples of some reports that will be needed from the new
system.
This first page gives a summary of the report name and who will need access to
which reports. The following pages describe each report in more detail.
For the purpose of accessing and changing, Connections teachers will have the
same privileges as counselors.

Sorted By: Graduation Year & Pathway
Example:
A blank four year planner will be available to print and fill out by hand. There will be two
blank forms that correspond to either the Technical or Professional plans.

Selection Criteria: List of all students, OR search by student name or ID number
When student is selected will display filled out four year plan
Sorted By: Pathway, Graduation Year, Counselor, Student ID
Example:
Administrators and counselors will be able to generate a list of students displayed by
Pathway and Graduation Year. When a students name is clicked on, their completed
four year plan will be displayed.
Students will be able to access this same report by entering their personal log-in
information.

Selection Criteria: All courses taken and passed, credits needed in each subject area
Sorted By: Student Name, Student ID, Counselor
Example:
Administrators and counselors will be able to generate a list of students. When a
students name is clicked on, their graduation status summary will be displayed.
Students will be able to access this same report by entering their personal log-in
information.
It would be nice if this summary could also include CIM work sample information.
