                                         CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1.   Entries are free and open to everybody.
2.   Only one (1) entry per exhibitor per class.
3.   Please advise us by 1st July if you are entering so that space can be allocated.
4.   Name and Class to be written in soft pencil on reverse of all photos or their mounting boards. Ideally,
     please give your photo(s) a title.
5.   Entries can be delivered on Friday from 8.30am – 12noon, or Saturday from 9am – 10.30am.
6.   Judging will commence on Saturday from 11.15am by an independent judge whose decisions will be final.
7.   Prizes will be awarded in each class. If only one entry in a class, its prize will be awarded at the judge’s
     discretion.
8.   All photos (other than size 10cm x 15cm) should be entered already mounted with a light cardboard
     frame or backing approx 1 – 2cm larger all around than the photo. Photos sized 10cm x 15cm will be
     placed by us into individual light cardboard frames. All photos will be pinned or velcroed to a screen.
9.   Photographs and prizes can be collected at the end of the Show (i.e. after 4pm on Sunday), unless other
     arrangements are made with John Hadlow.
