Objective - Resolve the technical and policy issues necessary
  for deployment of Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) systems on
  commercial vehicles.
Key Tasks
   ● Identify priority CV crash scenarios.
   ● Select priority safety applications and determine performance
     requirements.
   ● Identify CV specific interoperability issues.
