The Sinfulness of Sodom
When the two angels came to Sodom that evening, Lot was sitting at the city gate. As soon as he saw them, he got up and went to meet them. He bowed down before them and said, Sirs, I am here to serve you. Please come to my house. You can wash your feet and spend the night. In the morning you can get up early and go on your way. But they answered, No, we will spend the night here in the city square. He kept on urging them, and finally they went with him to his house. Lot ordered his servants to bake some bread and prepare a fine meal for the guests. When it was ready, they ate it. (First off, the angels that came to visit Sodom, they sounded very material, and alive for them to eat bread, sleep, and who would have thought a supreme being or a angel, would have to wash the dirt off their feet like the rest of us animals.) Before the guests went to bed, the men of Sodom surrounded the house. All the men of the city, both young and old, were there. They called out to Lot and asked, Where are the men who came to stay with you tonight? Bring them out to us! The men of Sodom wanted to have sex with them. Lot went outside and closed the door behind him. He said to them, Friends, I beg you, don't do such a wicked thing!Look, I have two daughters who are still virgins. Let me bring them out to you, and you can do whatever you want with them. But don't do anything to these men; they are guests in my house, and I must protect them. ( These angels must be using amazing disguises if the men outside the house cant recognize them as again, a supreme being. A being that should need no sleep, drink, food, or help.) But they said, Get out of our way, you foreigner!Who are you to tell us what to do? Out of our way, or we will treat you worse than them. They pushed Lot back and moved up to break down the door. But the two men inside reached out, pulled Lot back into the house, and shut the
door. Then they struck all the men outside with blindness, so that they couldn't find the door. (Right here sounds interesting, we have this technology right now. Lot Leaves Sodom
The two men said to Lot, If you have anyone else here sons, daughters, sons-in-law, or any other relatives living in the city € ” get them out of here, because we are going to destroy this place. The Lord has heard the terrible accusations against these people and has sent us to destroy Sodom. Then Lot went to the men that his daughters were going to marry, and said, Hurry up and get out of here; the Lord is going to destroy this place. But they thought he was joking. At dawn the angels tried to make Lot hurry. Quick! they said. Take your wife and your two daughters and get out, so that you will not lose your lives when the city is destroyed. Lot hesitated. The Lord, however, had pity on him; so the men took him, his wife, and his two daughters by the hand and led them out of the city. Then one of the angels said, Run for your lives! Don't look back and don't stop in the valley. Run to the hills, so that you won't be killed. But Lot answered, No, please don't make us do that, sir. You have done me a great favor and saved my life. But the hills are too far away; the disaster will overtake me, and I will die before I get there. Do you see that little town? It is near enough. Let me go over there € ” you can see it is just a small place and I will be safe. He answered, All right, I agree. I won't destroy that town. Hurry! Run! I can't do anything until you get there. Because Lot called it small, the town was named Zoar. ( I find it super interesting that god in his all powerful, all knowing ways, cannot destroy the towns himself, he instead sends his angels/messengers, who seem more like mortal beings rather than supreme beings. On top of that, they do not know who Lot's relatives are, and they make it sound like they spared the town of Zoar because Lot wanted to run there. Why exactly were they going to destroy that town in the first place.)
The Destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah
The sun was rising when Lot reached Zoar. Suddenly the Lord rained burning sulfur on the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and destroyed them and the whole valley, along with all the people there and everything that grew on the land. But Lot's wife looked back and was turned into a pillar of salt. Early the next morning Abraham hurried to the place where he had stood in t he presence of the Lord. He looked down at Sodom and Gomorrah and the whole valley and saw smoke rising from the land, like smoke from a huge furnace. But when God destroyed the cities of the valley where Lot was living, he kept Abraham in mind and allowed Lot to escape to safety. (One more thing to add here before I present one piece of what I think is proof. This story has
been reworked over for thousands of years. In fact, most bible stories are actually translated story's from over 5000 years ago. Genesis, The Flood, Babylon, these stories all originated from as early as 5000 BC, when the Sumerian's ruled the middle east, long before Egypt. Something that is never brought up with most people. Proof? Sumerian Tablets describing Genesis, Gilgamesh, and the Great Flood. Each story its own piece of the puzzle, lose translations, and eerily familiar stories of moving pictures and flying vehicles, and even nuclear bombs. And even spookier is the fact these amazing feats of technology are told throughout the Quran and the rest of oldest and most obscure religions on this planet. To sum up this story, how did Lot know the lord reigned fire and brimstone, he wasn't allowed to look around you know, in another translation I read, the angels ran behind Lot protecting him and his family. Also, don't people turn to dust when exposed to a nuclear blast. On a side note, I have found plenty of references in older bibles(pre 1930's) of angels using their powers to basically vaporize 10,000's of people at once. Makes the saying “ the power of gods might on our side “ a lot more literal. My only evidence, is this picture.

Let me point out a few things mainly, the lightning bolt. Very odd, the Artist made sure that the Lightning Bolt was known. That must have been a key description in the story. Also the explosion itself, It looks like a huge blast in the middle destroying everything inside, I certainly dont see the hail and brimstone thats described in this age's version of the bible. When I saw this picture, my first thought, my first breath, told me that I had seen a explosion just like that before. Like this one...
Then I got to reading, and I almost crapped myself when I found myself staring at a picture of a nuclear explosion with a lightning bolt. After a little google researching, I discovered that Nuclear Explosions do cause intense lightning, sometimes inverting the bolt because electricity is discharged from the ground up instead of the sky to the ground, but explosions do cause lightning bolts! The chances of that just being chance alone, are highly improbable. The picture with the lightning bolt? Its a picture of the first nuclear bomb detonated, that we know of. Trinity.
I could be totally wrong, but there are certain questions that cannot be answered from a standard and twenty first century attitude. I cant help but think that these towns were
nuked because they would not listen to their creator, their god. Same story, different era. What if they aren't just stories though.... What would you do? If your like me you would spend most of your days trying to enjoy life, struggle to learn the truth, and finding it hard to accept the world that I was born into. But I live my own life, even if most of it is spent in servitude. I have lived through a lot of challenges, and have spent a lot of time asking myself questions other people normally dont ask themselves. But thats for another article later. Ill leave it off with a mosaic type of the 3 pictures, so you can compare side by side. You decide what you believe in. Hell and Heaven for eternity, or evolution for a higher reason. For people who were wondering why I have the future in the title, its because we need to understand our past to be able to pave the path for a better future.
