                      pastry and pastry work is highly-sought the world over. He has won countless
                      competitions including the Best Pastry Chef of France (MOF – Meilleur Ouvrier
                      de France) and is an experienced trainer and consultant. Chef Jean-François
                      has helped to open pastry and bakery outlets in Europe, the USA and in Asia. He
                      is currently an Expert Pastry Consultant with HTC In Asia and conducts pastry
