FMWR Kaiserslautern ANNOUNCES A SEALED BID SALE OF
VEHICLES
MWR TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Condition of Property: ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD “AS IS WHERE
IS” and with all faults, unless otherwise specifically stated in
writing, in connection with a specific item. FMWR makes no
warranties of any kind, express or implied, oral or in writing,
regarding the nature, value, quality, character, condition,
weight or size of any Sales Property. FMWR makes no
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose or any other express or implied warranty.
2. Inspection: Prospective purchasers are strongly encouraged
to inspect each item carefully before placing a bid on or
buying the item. Inspection can take place at the Pulaski Auto
Skills facility building 2859 Pulaski Barracks.
3. Bid Property items may be inspected only during the times
posted for sale. Prospective purchasers agree to inform FMWR
of any discrepancies they discover in the item’s description, if
any, while inspecting the property and of any undisclosed
element or condition in the item that could render its use
hazardous.
4. Notice of Award: FMWR reserves the right to reject any or
all bids. If FMWR accepts a bid, only the successful bidder will
be formally notified that they have won the bid and of the
procedures to transfer ownership. FMWR will release
purchased property only to the purchaser or his or her
authorized representative by a written authorization from the
purchaser.
All items will be sold “as is” with no guarantees, warrantees,
or refunds. For safety reasons, children are allowed only with
strict adult supervision at all times. Purchasers will be solely
responsible for removal of vehicles. Purchasers are expected
to pay for and remove vehicles immediately. Payment can be
made by cash, check, and debit cards with proper ID. Sale is
open to all ID Card Holders that have a license.
