This issue of the “Scholarship Bulletin” provides information on many important items including SAT/ACT test registration
deadlines and scholarship information. Please read the “Scholarship Information Bulletin” (SIB) and keep for future
reference. Make note of deadlines and be sure to request transcripts at least two weeks before you need them.

The ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) will be given to interested seniors on
                 the morning of Oct. 12 (You will not be missing class).
               Come to the College/Career Center by Oct. 4 to sign up.
 These scores can be used to help identify your vocational skills and help you to consider possible career fields. They can also
              qualify you for ROTC scholarships. You do not have to enter the military just because you take it.


                        The Judson ISD College & Career Fair will be held on
                      Tuesday, October 25, from 6 – 7:30 at Judson High School.
     Representatives from a variety of colleges will be on hand to answer your questions and give information about their
                                             programs. Don’t miss this local event!

The SA College Extravaganza is this Saturday at Our Lady of the Lake University.
Students must have returned their permission slip to us by 8:30 a.m. Friday
morning to be allowed to ride the bus to the event. Don’t forget: Meet at Wagner
