BONUS ORDER ISSUED
START COLLECTION OF DONATIONS
@ RS. 200 IMMEDIATELY
The Bonus (PLI) order has been issued on 20th September 2006. We have taken up
the case for payment of bonus before Puja well in advance with the management.
We are happy, that has been done. As per our demand, the upper ceiling on the
amount of bonus to non-executives has been removed. But the minimum amount
was not raised from Rs. 7000. We have demanded minimum bonus for non-
executive employees should also be raised to Rs. 10000. Un-absorbed employees
will also get bonus at the same rate, but on CDA Pay.
Comrades, this is another achievement of BSNLEU. After clinching new Bonus
(PLI) scheme and arrear 25% bonus for the year 2002-03, in the last year, now we
are able to raise the upper ceiling. All Circle, District and Branch unions are
called upon to propagate this achievement amongst the mass of the employees.

IMMEDIATELY AND DISPATCH TO CHQ @ RS. 50. THIS IS THE MOST
IMPORTANT TASK IN THE RUN-UP FOR ENSUING 3RD MEMBERSHIP
VERIFICATION.

Bonus (PLI) 2005-06 at a glance
Order No. 12 – 8/2006 – PAT (BSNL) dated 20.09.2006
Bonus Amount = Basic Pay as on 01.03.06 x 1.4 (Minimum Rs. 7000 for
non-executives, Maximum Rs. 25000 for all).
Unabsorbed BSNL employees will get bonus at the above rate on CDA
Pay.
Raising of minimum amount for non-executive employees to Rs. 10000
demanded.
