Rental Contract
This agreement made this _____ day of _____, 20 ______ by and between Outagamie County and its duly authorized agents acting on behalf of Outagamie County as authorized and directed by the Outagamie County Board, and; _____________________________________________________________ (Land Owner or Renter) hereinafter called the lessee, for the use of the tree planting machine owned by Outagamie County. To purchase trees to be planted and pay cost of the transportation to the site of planting such trees. To release Outagamie County and its agents from liability in case of accident while tree planting machine is in use or being transported. To provide transportation for the machine to and from the site of planting. To pay the county the cost of repairing the machine in the event it is damaged through the fault or neglect of the lessee.

All parties contracted to use the tree planters will be placed on a schedule. The schedule will be given to all parties indicating the date they are scheduled to receive the tree planting machine. After completing your planting project, your must deliver the tree planting machine to the next party on the schedule. The tree planter must be delivered according to the schedule.
Tree Planter # 1
FOR HAULING: This machine is mounted on a rubber tire trailer which has a (2) inch ball hitch and a four prong standard light hook-up. This planter should be towed no faster than 45 mph using flashers. FOR PLANTING: This machine requires a tractor capable of pulling a two bottom plow (approximately 50 horsepower) with a (3) point hitch. This planter is to be used only for planting straight rows. If you try to plant around sharp curves, the machine’s coulter and main beam will bend out of shape. You will be held responsible for repairs should this happen. This planter works well in clay or rocky ground. Seats one person - plants one row. Tree Planter # 2 FOR HAULING: This machine is mounted on a rubber tire trailer which has a (2) inch ball hitch and a standard four prong trailer light hook-up. This planter should be towed no faster than 45 mph using flashers. FOR PLANTING: This machine requires a tractor capable of pulling a two bottom plow (approximately 40 horsepower) with a (3) point hitch. This planter is to be used only for planting straight rows. If you try to plant around sharp curves, the machine’s coulter and main beam will bend out of shape. You will be held responsible for repairs should this happen. This planter works best in lighter soils. Seats one person - plants one row.
Tree Planter # 3
FOR HAULING: This machine is mounted on a rubber tire trailer which has a (2) inch ball hitch and a four prong standard light hook-up. This planter should be towed no faster than 45 mph using flashers. FOR PLANTING: This machine requires a tractor capable of pulling a two bottom plow (approximately 50 horsepower) with a (3) point hitch. This planter is to be used only for planting straight rows. If you try to plant around sharp curves, the machine’s coulter and main beam will bend out of shape. You will be held responsible for repairs should this happen. This planter works well in clay or rocky ground. This planter has a wider, heavier planting shoe and works especially well for larger root hardwoods. Seats two people - plants one row.
