Signing up to receive your W-2 form online is simple:
1. Log into your account just as you would to use I-TIME, IPOPS, or view your Online Paystub by going to the SCO Applications Login page and entering your username and password. The address of this login page is: https://www.sco.idaho.gov/defaultweb.nsf/mainframeset.htm 2. At the Application Menu Page, select the Form W-2 link. If you are not currently signed up to receive your W-2 form online, you will be prompted to read and agree to the terms of use, and to consent to online delivery of the form. 3. IMPORTANT DEADLINE: If you want to receive your W-2 form online, you must sign up for this free service by the close of business on January 22, 2008. Otherwise, your W-2 form will be mailed to you.
Why should you sign up to receive your W-2 online?
Get your form early - Online W-2’s are available on January 10th, 2008. The paper forms won’t be mailed until January 24th. Protection from identity theft – Since your W-2 form can only be accessed through our secure internet site, the post office can’t lose your form, or a thief can’t take it from your mailbox. Convenient Online Storage – Your W-2 form will be stored online for easy access. You can print a copy any time you need it. In fact, if you choose to view your W-2 online, you will also have access to up to four years of past W-2 forms.
