									 BROKER THIRD PARTY VERIFICATION (TPV) INSTRUCTIONS

  When you need a TPV
  •   If you are enrolling a person over the phone or in person on your own computer (your mom,
      family friend, etc.)
  •   If you are enrolling the customer and you don't have a signed contract

  How You Do a TPV:
     You need to have three way calling if your customer is on the phone with you
     Call the access number for your market listed below
     Follow the prompts
     When prompted for a broker number USE 304
     When completed write down the TPV verification number
     If the process is not completed to the end you need to start over

  What is Next:
     Enter the enrollment on your replicated PPU website
     Enter the TPV number in the space provided

 Make sure you practice this process several times before you have a real customer
