After the Certificate of Election is filed, the corporation must file Articles of Dissolution that sets forth: Article 1. Name of the corporation: Alaska Entity #: Article 2. The corporation has been completely wound up. Article 3. Check the appropriate box below: o There are no corporate debts and liabilities o The corporate debts and liabilities have been paid. Article 4.
