ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION

Business, Professional, or Cooperative Corporation



Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, a business or professional corporation may decide to dissolve itself. After the

Certificate of Election is filed, the corporation must file Articles of Dissolution that sets forth:

Article 2. The corporation has been completely wound up.



Article 3. Check the appropriate box below:



o There are no corporate debts and liabilities

o The corporate debts and liabilities have been paid.

Articles of Dissolution.



The filing fee for the Certificate of Election to Dissolve is $10.00

The filing fee for the Articles of Dissolution is $15.00.
