Use this worksheet to calculate your current monthly expenses. By comparing your non-
housing expenses to your gross monthly income (see Worksheet 3), you can see how
much you have left for housing-related expenses. Remember that as a homeowner, your
housing expenses will include your monthly mortgage payment, property taxes and
homeowner's insurance, condominium fee (if applicable), utilities and maintenance costs.
