You can now copy messages that you want to save from your HSPH email account into a
Local Folder.
You may want to change the location of your Local Folders first; you can do this by
right-clicking on the Local Folders icon and selecting Properties. Under Message
Storage, click the Browse button and select an easy-to-find location for any copied
messages. While you’re in the Browse view, create a new folder for your mail
somewhere on your computer.
Finally, you can copy any individual emails from your HSPH account and paste them
into your new folder location, or simply drag-and-drop entire folders from the HSPH
account into your Local Folders location of choice.
Congratulations, you now have an archive of your HSPH email!
