Homoeopathy is indeed a sacred science. It can really lead
a man to a change in his life so that he can once again pursue
"the highest purposes of his existence". But homoeopathy is
not a religion nor a religious sect and allopathy is not the devil.
The physician's mission is to cure, but where a real cure
is not possible, in the vitalistic sense, when the patient's
condition is out of the reach of homoeopathy and acupuncture,
the physicians duty is to resort to any means that can relieve
the patient. To ignore this simple fact would be fanaticism as
is the case with allopathic doctors who refuse to believe that
chronic diseases such as asthma and hypertension can be
permanently cured by vitalistic means. That is why vitalistic
doctors must also master mechanistic medicine (allopathy,
surgery...) This DOES NOT MEAN that they should be obliged
(as it happens now in most countries) to be imbued with six
years of purely mechanistic medical thought and practice
(which I did) and then have to wash their brain in order to
become able to understand and study for six or more years the
vitalistic medicine. This MEANS that in every homoeopathic
college and in every Traditional Chinese Medical college there
must be thorough teaching and basic training in allopathy and
surgery.13 This will also apply to an EAGERLY AWAITED
universitary course of vitalistic medicine in the future, which
beyond all churches and sects will deliver complete doctors.
Homoeopathy and Chinese Acupuncture cover a very vast
pathology but do not cure "everything", not even in most
expert hands. In incurable cases a vitalistic physician does not
hesitate to recommend the patient to a surgeon, psychothera-
pist or any other specialist who can alleviate the suffering of
the patient, prolong his life, improve quality of his life; in such
cases he may suggest a supportive vitalistic therapy (e.g.: pre-

Surely somebody will disagree, among them a few self-
appointed "pure homoeopaths" who deny their patients any help
which is not homoeopathy - their "being pure" (i.e. their fanaticism),
not different from that of many allopaths, will be paid for by their

or post- surgery) - if advisable-.
A clear picture about the eventual use of allopathic
medicines should be known to all. A modern homoeopathic
doctor should have knowledge about allopathic concept of
treatment, and therefore be able to suggest, for example,
surgery in certain cases, but also to criticise the unnecessary
use of coarse medicines which have toxic effects. He should
keep in mind that use of allopathic medicines can be necessary
in cases like cardiovascular diseases, neurosis, psychosis,
serious infections and parasitosis.
Vaccinations are harmful for the general state of the
organism and predispose to the sycotic miasm which is a serious
thing; nonetheless for the present anti-polio and anti-tetanus
vaccinations must be given.
The use of homoeopathy and Chinese acupunture in
alternate cycles can reduce to a great extent the need to take
recourse to allopathic medicine, but it should be made very
clear, that both homoeopathy and Chinese acupuncture, being
medical arts and not magical arts, cannot cure "everything"
and neither can they always and in any case guarantee an
amelioration of the "quality of life" of a patient suffering from
a chronic disease. They cure, when used -by expert hands,
many cases otherwise wrongly considered to be uncurable and
cure a vast majority of patients without side-effects, but do not
cure "everything".
Homoeopathy and acupuncture appeal to vital energy : as
insufficient as it may be, it must be able to respond; in extreme
cases of insufficiency (e.g.: tumours) this may unfortunately
not happen. An advanced myocardiosclerosis might need a
cardiokynetic which "whips the tired horse" but permits the
patient to carry out his activity, to cultivate his hobbies. An
aimed course of antibiotics can be given in rare cases in which
an infectious disease cannot be readily subdued with
homoeopathy and/or Chinese acupuncture. Naturally, an
organ that has been destroyed and which is creating problems
for the functioning of other organs must be surgically
removed. How could homeopathy or acupuncture in such cases

revive the vital energy within an organ that is already dead
in the organism?
It is, however, possible (and the duty) to prevent such
situations before they reach the worst state, and this can be
done by homoeopathy and acupuncture, because it is true that
allopathy is suppressive and often dangerous.
Many a time it happens that the patient comes to a
homoeopathic doctor already saturated with allopathic medi-
cines and has become addicted to them by now. At times these
medicines become indispensable (like e.g. medicines for mental
derangements or bronchodilator "spray" for asthmatic pa-
tients) basically because of a kind of addiction which has
become yet another disease which vitalistic doctors must cure
patiently without stopping radically the allopathic medicines,
but without even procrastinating their own treatment. In
these cases it is preferable to start the therapy with a few
sittings of acupuncture whose dynamism as compared to
homoeopathy is less hampered by allopathic drugs. The
patient himself, feeling the benefits of the treatment, will
gradually discard the use of allopathic medicines : the doctor
will then be confronted with the real picture of the ailment
and the homoeopathic remedy will find the way clear for its
For the rest, it is worth remembering that the allopathic
remedy is something that does NOT go along with the vital
energy, on the contrary intake of the drug hinders it; the
hindrance becomes more and more harmful with the prolonged
"chronic" intake of the medicine; if taken regularly it weakens
the vital energy to such an extent that, " conserve itself
in life and to arm itself against these hostile and destructive
attacks the vital force must literally turn upside down the
entire organism7' (Organon, aphor. 12).
"....if we reflect on the inappropriate use of medicines,
we must necessarily come to the conclusion that the human
race, through allopathic medicines, has introduced a serious
disorder into living beings. Speaking of chronic diseases,
Hahnemann confirms precisely that the worst difficulties are
caused by continuous intake of (allopathic) medicines. Not by
