BLEND:
1 C. STRAWBERRIES
1 C. WHITE GRAPE JUICE
3 T. CORNSTARCH
ADD:
1/8 T. SALT
1 T. LEMON JUICE
4 T. HONEY
COOK: THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS UNTIL THICK.
POUR OVER WHOLE STRAWBERRIES (3 CUPS) IN 10” BAKED PIE SHELL.
CHILL.
MAY GARNISH WITH SOY WHIPPED CREAM.
NOTE: WASH BERRIES AND LET DRY. STEM. (DO ALL THIS BEFORE USING
YOUR FRESH STRAWBERRIES IN YOUR PIE).
