Date: The field trip takes place on Wednesday 29 June 2011.
Deadlines: Registration must be received by 31 May 2011. Please use one form per
person.
Payment: Registration will be processed on receipt of your full payment.
Cancellation: All fees must be paid in advance and are not refundable. If the original
delegate cannot attend, a substitute may attend in their place. Please notify the
conference organisers as soon as possible.

Terms and conditions
i. The organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables or plans relating
directly or indirectly to the conference, for any cause beyond their reasonable control.
ii. The organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations.
iii. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions:
the organisers do not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft of belongings.
iv. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organisers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the
organisers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organisers shall be limited to that refund and the
organisers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising.
v. The organisers will hold and process your personal details on their database. This information is necessary for the legitimate
management of this conference. You may of course remove your details from our database at the end of the conference by
advising us in writing, at any time.
