2. My claims relate to the incorrect credit reporting of my Capital One credit card

accounts, owned by Capital One Bank and Capital One, F.S.B. and serviced by
23
Capital One Services.

3. I have personal knowledge that Capital One Services is a furnisher of credit
25
information to the credit reporting agencies through my communications with Tanya
26
Morris, a Capital One Services employee. [Exhibit J]

1 4. In 2002, Trudi Weigle-Harris, a “Regulatory Response Specialist” with Capital One

Services, contacted me regarding my Capital One credit reporting complaints with

the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

5. All my exhibits are true copies of the originals and I redacted personal data and

account numbers.
