Becca’s Strawberry Pie
1 Baked Pie Shell
3 oz. Cream Cheese
2 T. Powdered Sugar
4 T. Cool Whip
Mix together and spread over cooled pie crust.
¾ C. Sugar
4 T. Strawberry Jello
3 T. Corn Starch
1 C. Water
Mix together and bring to a boil. Cool to room temperature
Arrange 1 Qt. fresh strawberries (cleaned and stemmed) over cream cheese mixture.
Pour cooled glaze over the strawberries. Chill and serve.
