Nord-Rana is a former municipality in Nordland county,
Norway. The administrative centre was Ytteren.

It was created by a split from Mo i Rana on 1 January • Dag Jukvam / Statistics Norway (1999). Historisk
1923. The new municipality had a population of 1,305. oversikt over endringer i kommune- og fylkesinndelingen.
On 1 January 1964, Nord-Rana was merged with Mo http://www.ssb.no/emner/00/90/rapp_9913/
i Rana, parts of Sør-Rana and Nesna to create the new rapp_9913.pdfl.
