GENERAL TERMS
Discounts for more than 1 person are available for those who enrol together
and stay together in the school, even if they are not in the same group.
Course price includes Teaching material, information and map of
Roquetas, placement test (if necessary), attendance certificate (if requested),
cultural information, Liability insurance (during tuition and excursions).
Excursions and activities are optional and they are not included in the course
price:

To enrol for a course you must fill in the enrolment form and pay at Reception
or send it to Comunicación together with the receipt or copy of having paid
the 50% of the course fee by postal order or bank transfer to our account in:

State your name and course date. On receipt of the fee we will arrange your
course details. We will send you confirmation of your course by email. You
will need to pay the remainder of the course fee before your first lesson.
It may be paid by postal order or bank transfer to our account in: CAJAMAR

BCOEESMM058 stating your name and course date (all bank charges to be
paid by the student).
Cancellations:
If you cancel with a minimum of 15 days before the course we will refund full
payment (course and accommodation).
If you cancel less than 15 days before the course we will not refund payment
but it will be valid for another course with the same characteristics during the
same year.
On and after the beginning of the course fees are not refunded.
No lessons will be held on the following holidays. Therefore, money for these
lessons is not returned, but they may be made up by attending other lessons
in a different group: 01/01, 06/01, 28/02, 17/04, 18/04, 01/05, 15/08, 07/10,
8/12, 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 29/12, 30/12 and 31/12.
