o Call to order
o Election of a chairperson, a secretary, two (2) examiners of the minutes, and two (2) vote counters, if necessary
o Declaration of a quorum
o Approval of the rules of procedure of the meeting
o Presentation of the financial statements, annual report and the auditor’s report for the year 2010
o Resolution to adopt the financial statements and discharge the Board of Directors and other accountable individuals from liability
o Adoption of the operating plan, the budget and the amount of the joining fee and membership dues for the years 2011-2012
o Confirmation of members of the Board of Directors for the period 2011 – 2012, changes if needed
o Reading of any and all other items stated in the notice of meeting.
