Tuition fee due 1 month in advance. Financial Installment Plan: available for members only

under 12. Transportation fees and trips are not included in prices and may vary depending
on the request. Camp sessions will be at the Hilton Gateway Hotel, Newark until the
negotiations are completed for the local site.

Computer Club of America, Corp. (CCA), a private Christian club seeking for adults or teenagers to apply for the
following positions for this Project..
Camp Site Director
Experience includes designing and implementing activities with children in outside and inside;
planning weekly trips, and overnight camping trips. Responsible to ascertain that the campsite and
outings meet the proper health codes for the children’s environment. Responsible for hiring the
Assistant Camp Director and four staff members.
Staff Member:
Executive Secretary – To do all the secretarial work including bookkeeping,
word-processing, and student account updates.
Receptionist – To receive parents with children attending and to make sure the
child is paid up and has the proper required ID tag and membership card ID
with picture. Responsible to handle all the appointment scheduling and course
assignments.
Payroll Clerk – To handle all payrolls. Distribution of checks and
commissions using the computerized payroll system for online banking. All
will be paid online. All must open a checking account with direct deposit
features to and from CCA.
Accountant – To keep tracks of all expenditures and budget. Handle all
accounts payable and receivable.
Assistant Camp Director – Report directly to the director. The following key persons
report directly to you.
1. Camp Monitors (2 Individuals) To be the safety patrol monitors for the
site. Making sure the children go to their assigned class areas with no
loitering around the campsite.
Report all suspicious activities, and fill out a daily report to be given to the
assistant director specifying your suggestions, and your duties that you did
for that day. Escort all visitors to their requested campsite areas.
2. Recreation Coordinator – To plan all recreation with the teachers,
and others as needed to ensure all have fun. Using silk screens to make T-
shirts, hats, decorations, etc., coordinating with the Field Trip Coordinator
and the Transportation Officer.
3. Field Trip Coordinator- To plan and organize all field trips and outings
with the Transportation Officer. Figure trip prices that should be charged
for overhead and profit.
4. Transportation Officer – To coordinate with the Field Trip Officer for the
type of transportation needed for field trips. To pick-up and drop off
children daily from their home to and from the site. Must have a valid
driver’s license.
5. Correctional Officer – To council those that are disruptive. Must love
children and have a sincere desire for them to learn. Must devise a plan to
reprimand those who are simply hard headed, to get them to obey the rules
or else be terminated.
6. Health & Hygienic Officer- To make sure accidents are taken care of
properly using first aid techniques and nursing skills. To make sure the
campsite (indoors and outdoors) is safe and clean before and after each
days activities.

B. Health Immunization Officer
The Compensation & Insurance Officer is responsible to obtain
the insurance for all employees and campers. The Health
Immunization Officer is required to make sure all children are
vaccinated. If they are not, help them to get it.
8. Building Maintenance Manager- To make sure the property is kept up with
the minor or major repairs needed.
i.e. plumbing, electrical, landscaping, carpentry, etc. Must be
responsible to make sub-contracts with firms, or individuals when a
crisis or need arises. Provide a list with their names for approval.
9. Computer Specialist
A. Hardware Technician on site for all hookups and malfunctions
that may occur
B. Software Technician on site for installation of all software and
debugging.
C. Communication Technician on site for installation of
telephone interfacing with the computers and internet hookup.
All the current communication technology using DVD’s and
making CD’s as well as music keyboard using MIDI, etc.
D. Website Master - To supervise and implement procedures and
curriculum to train those to teach website design courses at
the camp
E. System/Analyst & Designer – To plan, design and implement
ATM’s on site for all to be paid through CCA’s online bank,
using CCA’s custom made credit card. All are to use to
purchase the products and services and/or be paid. All forms
for pin numbers, password, etc., are to be designed by you.
Responsible to explained your system and procedures for all
to adhere. Every participant is to be able to transfer funds and
withdraw funds from corporate CCA’s account to their sub-
account.
F. Photo-Lab Specialist – Those interested or have experience
working for local 1 hour photo-labs, can contact Noritsu
America Corporation for information to have a digital min-lab
equipment on site. Photos will be needed for picture ID and
for others who want their pictures develop in 1 hr. Training
and installation will be done by the manufacturer. Call 973
808-9898 for further information. Report your findings in
your presentation. Learn, help and teach others how to
download pictures they take to each other on the computer.
10. Audio Specialist
For microphones, speakers, etc., determine what should be
purchased and maintain it.
11. Camcorder/Video Specialist
For all events and presentations. To sell to all that requests a
copy.
12. Director - Nutrient Caterer
To plan organize and prepare all meals and supplies for the
campers and their guest. Proposal should include the help
you need as well.
13. Director of Marketing –
Responsible for marketing all the events, workshops, services/products via
professional marketing firms, newspaper, TV, etc.
To market CCA’s Boot Camp Training for Jobs by Projects, getting
organizations and individuals, to attend the camp, as well as parents,
friends and their family. Boot Camp period is two months. During July &
August the summer training is for Summer Camp. There are four
sessions. Each session is two weeks. M-F and weekends for overnight
camping and weekend trips. Transportation included in the price.
14. Director Purchasing & Sales
Need (2) to help you. One for each to handle all forms relating to the
purchasing and selling of all products and services, using the latest
technology for scanning and self-service machines for purchasing. All
equipment, products and services to be purchased are to go through you;
the same applies for the procedures and plan for the way all sales are to be
done.
15. Director Shipping & Receiving
To be over those who prefer to stay healthy lifting and moving equipment
that may come in or to be sent out. All forms and documents to be
designed and implemented by your methods and procedures to insure a
smooth operation. Interface with the accountant if necessary for account
payable and/or receivable records.
16. Architect/Land Developer
To plan and design a building for corporate CCA site. Local satellite sites
will be in every major cities, offering computer equipment, products and
services with many ongoing activities for members. There will be
workshop rooms for members to enter in at any time to work on projects
as a group or individually.
Director of Music - To organize and conduct the CCA’s band and vocal group to render
songs of Praise & Thanks daily. Organize and conduct the CCA’s Concert Gospel Choir.
You are responsible for hiring and suggesting individuals to be on the choir and/or band.
Must be willing to train individuals professionally in music theory and harmony as well
as professional gospel techniques, using the latest computerized methods. Must be
creative and innovative to compose and write original music compositions along with the
staff and perform it.
Teachers & Teachers’ Aide- At least four certified teachers are needed with four
teacher’s aides.
Training for website designing is required by the teachers or teens that want to be
teacher’s aides.
