Collectable, Certified, and Non-certified Coins
PAYMENTS
-Bodie Creek Coins & Collectables accepts cash, US Postal Service money orders, personal or business checks, PayPal, and bank wires. Items purchased with a check
will be held 14 business days or until cleared by the bank. Service charges may apply to bank wires. We do not accept credit cards at this time. All items are subject to
prior sale and are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
-All sales made in person in Nevada or shipped to locations within Nevada are subject to a 7.475% sales tax. All orders made in person in California or shipped to
locations within California are subject to an 8.5% sales tax, except for rare coin and/or bullion orders equal to or exceeding $1500.
-Please be advised that due to the high volatility and fluctuation in the gold and silver metals markets our prices are subject to change without notice. We will not
accept responsibility for typographical errors or mistakes in pricing. All orders are not final until you have received a confirmation. Orders requiring sales price
adjustments will not be processed without notification and approval by the buyer.
RETURN POLICIES
-Buyers may return collectable, certified, and non-certified coins within 5 business days from their documented delivery date. Refunds on returns are processed
immediately upon delivery to us. Refunds of lost or stolen coin(s) will be made upon insurance settlement of shipping agency, usually 4-6 weeks, but may take longer.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
-Buyers seeking to return purchased coins are responsible for any costs associated with shipping and handling those items back to us. We recommend items be
returned via the US Postal Service sent as first class, priority, or express mail and fully insured with delivery confirmation.
-Coins must be returned in their original condition and in the original holder in which they were shipped. Graded coins in their ANACS, NGC, or PCGS holders CANNOT
be returned in a broken, damaged, or otherwise tampered holder. Coins returned not meeting the aforementioned criteria will NOT qualify for a refund.
-Individuals or organizations that have been determined to have excessive rates of returned items may be limited or prohibited from future purchases.

DISPUTES

BodieCreekCoins.com shall be adjudicated in any municipal or state court in Carson City, Nevada or federal court in Reno, Nevada and you consent to exclusive
jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
-If it becomes necessary for Bodie Creek Coins & Collectables (seller) to acquire legal representation to enforce the Terms & Conditions of Sales, the buyer shall reimburse
Bodie Creek Coins & Collectables for any and all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in connection with litigation.
