Doug Gratz, CFA

Marketing & Client Services
Doug Gratz is responsible for coordinating with our
research department and evaluating product information
for the consultant community. Doug is also involved in
client servicing and institutional and high net worth
marketing.
Prior to joining Research Affiliates®, Doug was Senior Vice
President of Marketing and Portfolio Analysis at Financial
Management Advisors, Los Angeles. Prior to that he was
Director, Portfolio Analysis at Beverly Hills based
DeLaroche & Company. He began his career in investment
management as a trader at PNC, Mellon Bank, and Gratz
Trading in Pittsburgh dealing with arbitrage opportunities
in securities, futures, and options.
Doug earned an MBA from Columbia University with dual
concentrations in finance and marketing. He received a
Bachelors of Science with highest honors from California
Polytechnic University. Doug is a member of the Los
Angeles Society of Financial Analysts and is a CFA charter
holder.
Doug also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a
charitable foundation dealing with neuro-genetic birth
disorders.
