Directions to the RED ROOF INN AND MARINA

FROM THE NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE WESTERN SPUR (When the Turnpike splits, be
SURE to follow signs for the Meadowlands Sports Complex and Exits 15, 16 and 18-
W): Exit the Turnpike at Exit 16W (for Route 3 East or West). After the toll plaza, stay
to the RIGHT and take the Service Road toward Route 3 Eastbound. Once on the Service
Road, bear to the LEFT and merge onto Route 3 eastbound.
NOTE: You will be on Route 3 for only about a half-mile; be sure to stay in the RIGHT lane.
IMMEDIATELY after crossing the Hackensack River, take the MEADOWLANDS
PARKWAY exit. Bear to the RIGHT on the exit ramp and at the bottom of the ramp; turn
RIGHT at the light onto Meadowlands Parkway. The Red Roof Inn is on your LEFT
between the Route 3 bridges.*
FROM ROUTE 3 EASTBOUND (going towards NYC): After passing the Meadowlands
Sports Complex and IMMEDIATELY after crossing the Hackensack River, take the
MEADOWLANDS PARKWAY exit. Bear to the right on the exit ramp and at the
bottom of the ramp; turn right at the light onto Meadowlands Parkway. The Red Roof Inn
will be on your LEFT between the Route 3 bridges.*
FROM ROUTE 3 WESTBOUND (going away from NYC): After passing the Mall at Mill
Creek and going up a slight incline, Take the MEADOWLANDS PARKWAY exit and
make a LEFT at the bottom of the exit ramp. You are now ON Meadowlands Parkway.
The Red Roof Inn will be on your RIGHT between the Route 3 bridges.*
FROM NEW YORK CITY VIA NJ TRANSIT BUS: From the Port Authority Bus Terminal in
N.Y.C., the Number 129 Bus stops at the EXTENDED STAY AMERICA HOTEL, located next
to the Red Roof Inn. Upon exiting the bus, walk down to the Red Roof and continue to
the back of the hotel where the marina is. ** Be certain of your return bus!
*Park in the back by the marina. After parking, you will see our vessels, the Edward Abbey and
the Robert H. Boyle, at the dock. **Please wait onshore by the gazebo until you Captain brings
you onto the dock and aboard your boat.
Please Note: Unfortunately there are NO public restrooms at the Red Roof Inn. However there
are several fast food establishments across Meadowlands Parkway from the hotel/marina. Please
BE VERY CAREFUL when crossing the busy street!
