Sdn Bhd (“EMSB”), are also the major shareholders of Weng Fatt
Everlast Gypsum and Stainless Sdn Bhd (“WFSB”), the substantial
Building Materials (M) Sdn shareholder, who holds the balance of 38.43% in
Bhd and Everlast Access EASB.
Technologies. EASB is a
61.57% subsidiary of PMB.

subsidiary of PMB shareholders and Directors of PMB are also
Directors of EASB. They are also the directors
and major shareholders of WFSB, the
substantial shareholder, who holds the balance
of 38.43% in EASB.
The balance of the 49% equity interests in PFT
are held by Huan Boon Peng (30%) and Lim
Boon Kuan (19%), who are not persons
connected to the Major Shareholders and
Directors of PMB.
