We have 5.5 swimming pools for every 100,000 citizens compared to
New York and LA. These two cities average 1 pool for every 100,000
citizens. With 30 pools we will have 2 pools for every 100,000
citizens. We would still have one of the highest percentages of pools
per capita than other cities in the country right behind New York, LA,
     Chicago, Cleveland and Seattle.
