Procure such services on an “any willing provider” basis
Follow the growth and uptake of the service in terms of geographical and
clinical coverage
Patient satisfaction with service
This should increase
Referrer satisfaction with service
This should show an improvement over the current situation
Waiting times for these procedures
These should reduce
1st FU and Elective secondary care activity in general surgery
This should show a reduction after the waiting times have reduced and
stabilised
Overall cost saving
This should be measured in the 100Ks per year
