									Proper nutrition is essential for healthy hair. Water, protien, biotin (part of vitamin B
complex), vitamin A, B6, B12, C, copper, iron, omega 3 fatty acids, zinc, calcium, folic
acid, and magnesium, all play a role in keeping the scalp and hair healthy.

1. Use your fingers to massage your scalp which will increase the circulation in your
scalp. Because circulation is very important for hair growth.

2. Combing or brushing your hair will help break down the oil or dirt that clog your pores.
