COACHES MEETING IS AT 8:30 AT SHALLOW END OF POOL
LOCATION: Boys’ & Girls’ Club of London
FACILITY: 25 metres – 6 lane pool
ENTRY FEES: $12.00 per swimmer. Entries are to be submitted in
metre times by email for the Hy-tek program.
Cheques (payable to Boys’ & Girls’ Club of London) must
be paid the day of the meet. Cards will be done for
swimmers by computer. Please mail a printout of your
entry grid with swimmers’ Swim Ontario Registration
Number, Age and cheque for entry fees of
$12.00/swimmer.

RULES: Swimming National Canada and SEAL League Rules
for the 2007/08 Season. One Start rule applies.
Safety Marshalls will be in charge of the pool during
Warm-Ups and SNC Warm Up Procedures will be in
effect.
STANDARDS: Any swimmer that has achieved a ‘B” Provincial Time
standard in an event may not swim that event.
Please abide by the rules and remember that this is
entry level.
AWARDS: Ribbons 1st to 6th in all events
ENTRY DEADLINE: February 1st, 2008
DECK ENTRIES: Accepted up to 30 minutes before the
start of the meet. Cost is $15.00
SCRATCHES: Please report all scratches to marshalling
area, no less than 30 minutes prior to the
start of the meet.
Coaches – please pick up your heat sheets in the Pool Office and
hand in your late entries with deck entry fees before your warm ups
begin.
7:45am – 8:15am - Killer Whales will Warm Up
8:15 – 8:45am – Warm Ups for Visiting teams
8:15am – 8:30am – Circle swimming (all lanes)
8:30am – 8:45am – Sprints-Lanes 1,2,5,6. Circle swimming lanes 3 and 4.
8:30am – Coaches meeting at shallow end of the pool
8:45am – Clear the pool and Marshalling Events #1 and #2.
There will be a snack bar set up in the Lunch Area. Shoes must be
worn when not in the pool area. Food is not permitted in the pool
area. Only officials and swimmers will be allowed on the Pool deck.
There are lockers in the changerooms to store belongings. Bring
your own lock.
We will require 2 Officials from each visiting team. Coaches are to
monitor their swimmers. Any swimmer disobeying the rules will be
scratched from the meet.
Please have your relay cards made up and delivered to the Officials
room by the lunch break. Please note that for the OPEN Events
there is no age category. It just says Girls or Boys.

WARM UP PROCEDURE
Swimmers please bring your towels to the Pool and dry off before
leaving the change rooms. Use the change rooms to go to the
Cafeteria.
