Data Validation
Cells for the number of scouts, awards or similar have been locked to only accept positive whole numbers from 0 to 9,999,999
Date cells are being coded to only accept dates starting from 01/01/11.

To see what the Bronze, Silver and Gold requirements are for an indivudual item, float your mouse over the red triangle in the corner of the cell
Data Entry
You can use the TAB key to quickly jump forward to cells that are available for data entry; SHIFT-TAB to jump backwards.
To prevent accidental corruption to the worksheets, all other cells, formatting and overall workbook structure are locked and cannot be edited.
