Trading Partner Access Services Profile



Purpose & Guidelines:

The purpose of the Trading Partner Access Services Profile is to obtain contact and connectivity information

required to do business with our trading partners. If you are doing business with TWC in more than one state, please

complete one profile for each state in which you are doing business. The parties agree that information contained in

the Access Services Profile is operational in nature and subject to change. Please make every effort to give 30 days’

notice of any changes to information.

B. ASR Processing

LSR Acceptance Window TWC Trading Partner

ASR system acceptance window TWC will accept & process circuit requests

from carrier(s) during “normal business:”

Monday –Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM local

time

Request/Responses will be accepted in our

VFO system outside the “normal” business

hours but not processed until the start of the

normal business day.

Holidays New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.,

President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence

Day ,Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day ,Day after

Thanksgiving, Christmas Friday.



TWC will accept orders on holidays.

Processing would take place only on business

days during hours of operation.
