EFFECTIVE MARKETING GETS THE PHONE TO RING









If people notice me and I get their attention, they will call. This is the traditional way most of

your competitors advertise real estate.



The real purpose of marketing is to get Buyers and Sellers to raise their hand – to generate

leads.



Your marketing needs to generate lots of qualified Buyer and Seller leads at a low cost to

you.



The purpose of marketing is not to promote yourself but rather to get potential Buyers and

sellers to call you and they will only call, if you have something that they want.

FOCUS ON WHAT IS IN IT FOR THE BUYER AND SELLER





Advertisements such as “Two bedroom apartment for sale in downtown area” would

only appeal to a very small group of people. If they don’t like the property or are

currently not looking, they will not call you.



Stop fishing with a small hook!



1. Place ads that will interest a wide variety of Buyers and Sellers by using the

5. Have a script on your hotline number in place

6. Capture their contact details whenever you can and put them into your database

7. Follow up on each lead and use the scripts that we offer you in the segment “Leading

your sales Associates”

8. Create your websites in such a way that they capture leads

9. In this segment you will find samples of Lead Generating Websites- also known as

Stealth Sites. Their purpose is to generate leads and populate your database

10. Study the industry and find innovative ways of websites driving leads

11. You must practice scripts each month with your Sales Associates and your front desk

person
