BACK ROW:

Count to 8 x 5 times then BACK ROW starts to come on stage in single file as soon as the singing starts!

You have 2 counts of 8 to get to your position on stage.

FRONT ROW:

Count to 8 x 7 times then come on stage in single file. You have 2 counts of 8 to get to your position on stage.



Section A: Shoulder Shimmys



Arms are out to sides & held low.

Shoulder Shimmy to left, to the right, to the left, to the right,

4 x Side steps to the right, tapping your left hip with your right hand (like this is pushing you).

Your left hand is straight out to the left side as you do these 4 steps.

4 x Side steps to the left, as above.



Step onto right foot & push right hip out to the right side.

2 x spins anti-clockwise (left). (add hair swing if you can!).

Shoulder shimmy.

Repeat last three steps on opposite foot.



Section B: Mexican Wave.



Do a limping step all the time. Do head slides all the time.

Front row starts moving to the right and makes a large oval shape. Back row starts moving to the left and is

following the front row. You should end up in the position you started in.



Arms Up straight over head,

Swing arms down,

Do the above steps 12 times.



Section C: Hand Swishes



Arms as for crazy horse step.

Swish right hand over to the left,

Swish right hand over to the right,

Swish Right hand Up over your forhead, (bend back a little and look up),

Swish right hand down, (bend down forward a little).



Swing right arm up and back,

Swing left arm up and back,

Spin to the right twice (add hair swing if you can).



Repeat all of the above again (same hands etc.,)



Repeat Section A: Shoulder Shimmies

Section D: Shoulder Shimmy & Hair Flicks



Arms are out to sides & held low.

Shoulder Shimmy to left, to the right, to the left, to the right,

Flick hair forward (bending over),

Swing arms up straight overhead as you come up.

¼ turn right.

Repeat hair flick & swing arms up,

¼ turn right.

Repeat hair flick & swing arms up, (back is to audience)

¼ turn right.

Repeat hair flick & swing arms up,

¼ turn right (to face audience again).



Repeat all of the above steps.



Section E: Wrist Taps



Arms are out in front of you.

Tap right wrist over left wrist, Tap left wrist over right wrist,

Repeat steps once.



Tap right wrist off right hip, Tap left wrist of left side of head,

Tap left wrist off left hip, Tap right wrist of right side of head,

Repeat steps once.



Start with right arm straight out to right side, left hand is by your throat.

2 x chest lifts as you step forward (don’t worry about what foot).

Repeat steps on LEFT side.



Flick hair forward (bending over),

Swing arms up straight overhead as you come up.

Repeat steps once.



Repeat Section A: Shoulder Shimmies.



Repeat Section B: Mexican Wave:



Section F: Cross Step & Hip Bumps!

Step left with your right foot (right foot crosses over in front of left foot),

Then step left with your left foot, as you do this, transfer your weight to your left foot and stick left hip out.

Step right with your left foot,

Step right with your right foot, sticking right hip out. (as above).

Repeat above steps.



½ turn right (back is to audience).



Look at audience over your right shoulder & Right hip Bump.

Look at audience over your left shoulder & Left hip Bump.

Repeat above steps.



Repeat all of section F (this time the first part is with your back to the audience and when you are looking

over your shoulder, you are facing the audience, looking at the wall behind you).

Repeat Section A: Shoulder Shimmies.



Section D: Shoulder Shimmy & Hair Flicks



Section J: Slow Wrist Taps

(SLOW ½ time)

Tap right wrist over left wrist, Tap left wrist over right wrist,

Tap right wrist off right hip, Tap left wrist of left side of head,



Swing right arm up and back,

Swing left arm up and back,



Flick hair forward (bending over),

Swing arms up straight overhead as you come up.



Repeat all of Section J.



Repeat Section A: Shoulder Shimmies.





Shoulder Shimmy left, right, left, right, around in a circle (on the spot) – we won’t pair

up like in the video.

Then Flick Hair Forward and Swing arms up straight overhead as you come up to

finish!.
