New jobs and migration expo for Canada comes to London
If you are one of the many thousands of people in the UK who would love a new life and new job in
Canada, then a brand new event, Canada Live! will be all you need to make your dream a reality
Canada Live! will be the UK’s only independent show to give migrants to Canada all they need to
know about making a new life in the world’s second largest country. Canada is the second most
popular destination for UK migrants after Australia and offers a wealth of career and lifestyle
opportunities – in 2009 more than 19,000 Britons moved there permanently.
The centrepiece of the event will be a dedicated seminar theatre, which will provide migrants with a
wealth of advice and information and is free to attend for anyone visiting the show. Topics covered
will include visa advice, provincial migration, the property market and what jobs are available.
There will also be a dedicated recruitment zone – Working Canada – which will allow would-be
migrants to talk to recruiters and employers directly.
The exhibition will feature representatives of the various Canadian provinces, migration agents,
removal and relocation services, recruiters and a host of specialist migration companies.
Canada Live! takes place at The Business Design Centre in Islington on the 18th and 19th September
2010. Doors open at 10am. Tickets will be £15 on the door but readers of Muchmor Magazine can
