Congratulation Ice Tigers!! Way to finish the season. Taos Ice Tigers finished 2nd in State Tournament on Sunday.
CONGRATULATIONS to our Taos Lady Tigers' Basketball Team for qualifying to the State Tournament as a 15 seed. They will travel to
second seed Shiprock and play on Friday, March, 5, 2010 at 7 p.m. The winner this game will play #7 Piedra Vista or # 10 Deming at The Pit
on Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Time to be determined.
Also, congratulations to the boys on their season as they finished 10-16 but tripled their number of wins after winning only three games
last season. The future looks bright with only two seniors graduating. They missed qualifying to state as the 16th seed to Chaparral who
will travel to play Roswell, the first seed in Class 4AAAA.
CONGRATULATIONS to the members of HOSA! This was our first year of competition and our students did an outstanding job! Several of
our students qualified to go to Nationals which is in Orlando Florida...DISNEY WORLD!

Notice is hereby given that the Taos Municipal Schools Board of Education will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 9:00 AM at
the Celestino Romero Administration Building, 213 Paseo del Canon, Taos, New Mexico.
Saturday school is scheduled every Saturday from 8-12 in the Taos High Library. Please bring your own headphones if you are taking a
Compass class.
Mixed Martial Arts Club is starting out at the middle school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-5 p.m. All TMS students are eligible as
long as they are 10 years or older, no experience necessary. Bring gym clothes and a water bottle. The class will cost $20 per week and is
