                                Dennis has been an industry leader for over 39 years in the Environmental, Energy, Power and
                                Natural Resources/ Mining business sectors. He has held senior executive roles with Fortune
                                500 companies with Profit & Loss / Operations responsibility for over $300 M per year (self
                                perform managing over $2 Billion / year in contract work, managing over 3000 professionals at
                                any given time). He has extensive international energy and natural resource experience for
                                technology demonstration / development, engineering, procurement, construction, nuclear and
                                non nuclear operations within these heavy industry sectors. Dennis is an industry recognized
                                subject matter expert in Environmental Clean-up, Energy and Natural Resource Sectors. Key
                                has been Conduct of Operations (Nuclear and Fossil), Strategic Planning, Project
                                Management, Program Trouble shooting, Performance Metrics and Operational Readiness.

                                He has held federal appointments as advisor to the Secretary of Commerce, Secretary of
                                Energy and State Government Advisory Boards. He is currently supporting the Department of
                                Energy as an advisor to the Secretary of Energy for the Environmental Management $ 6 B / yr
                                Nuclear Program including TRU / HLW with specific responsibility in Performance Metrics.
                                Dennis co-chairs the High Level Waste EM Tank Waste Subcommittee reporting to the DOE
                                EM Assistant Secretary and DOE Secretary of Energy. Dennis is Chairman of ANSI standard,
                                Volume Reduction of Low Level / Mixed Waste
