									Candidate Features
Candidate Account Creation:
Process 1:




Step 1: Click On the create an account link on the top of the website. As shown by red circle in the
screen shot.
Step 2: Fill in your personal details as shown. And press “Submit” button as shown by red circle in the
screen shot.

Note: when you enter your email the system searches on the runtime in the data for availability and
notifies if the email address is in use. When you click submit the system creates an account and also
saves the email address for newsletter list as well. And the user receives a welcome email from the
system. (The content of this email could edited from the admin panel. this will be discussed in the later
stages of this tutorial).
Step 3: The System will take the user to update your Cv page. After filling information click submit.
Process 2: (Alternative)




Step 1: Click On “Jobseeker” link on the top of the website. As shown by red circle in the screen shot.
Step2: Click On “Register” Button At bottom. As shown by red circle in the screen shot. It will take the
user to the same screen of registration as discussed before.
Candidate Login
Process 1:




Enter Email Address and Password and Press Go. As shown with red circles in figure.
Process 2:




Step 1: Click On “Jobseeker” link on the top of the website. As shown by red circle in the screen shot.




Step2: Enter Email Address and Password and Press “Login”. As shown with red circles in figure.
Candidate Account Control Panel
Once user logs in to the site, Follow screen appears.




    1. Here user can edit personal details, upload cv , add experience , add languages etc. This links
       says “Edit Details ”. Shown by red circle next to the No.1
    2. Here a jobseeker can manage this job application view status. In the following screen by clicking
       on the “View Applications”.
3. “My Email Alerts” will take to following screen where the user have saved his searches for email
   alerts and researching.




4. “My Wish List” Browse multiple vacancies, add them to your wish list and apply for more than
   one job in a single application. Do it By adding Jobs in to your wish list for search (explained in
   later in this tutorial)




5. On Top find the Quick links. First is “Account Dashboard” Takes you to account dashboard.
   Second is “Wish List” takes you to wish list page. Third is “Inbox” This is the Personal inbox for
   hire hospitality here the user will find messages from Admin or Employers . Forth is “Change
   Password” User can change password from here. Last is “Log out ”.
Candidate Inbox
This Feature could be accessed from top quick links any where in the website once you are logged in. By
clicking on the inbox link following screen will appear.




Clicking on the delete icon deletes the message and clicking on the message takes you to the detail
page of the message.



Search
        Quick Search:


At the home page the following is the quick search panel
User can quick search the jobs according to the filters of interest as shown in the circled area in above
screen shot. Once the user clicks on search button it will take it to the following page.
Detail search:

In the left panel of the search page as you can see there are five kinds of filters

Keyword: User can search the job by entering any keyword

Reference No: every job listed has a reference number. User can search by entering the reference
number.

Date: User can search by the date on which the job has been uploaded

Job Title: User can directly search by the listed job titles

Job Location: Users can directly search by the location of the job

Black Circle: This shows the jobs already been listed. This is the quick search panel where jobs are listed
with respect to job titles, job locations and job categories.

Red Circle: You can email the posted jobs in your account dashboard by clicking on this link. By clicking
on this link it will redirect you to:
Here you enter the title with which you want to send the alert to your dashboard. When you click on
save button, it redirects you to the search page which is shown in fig 1.0.

Blue Circle: In fig 1.0 the blue circle shows the wish list link. When you click on the wish list link of any
job it simply adds that job in your wish list in your dashboard.



Green Circle: In fig 1.0 the green circle shows the apply now link. Every job has a link to apply for that
job. When you click on that link a window pops up as shown above.

When you click on apply button the you are redirected to the following page
This form contains some fields which you have to enter to submit your resume for that job.

In fig 1.1 when you click on the quick apply button and if you are logged out than you can directly apply
for that job by uploading a new CV. It will redirect you to the following page.
Yellow Circle: The yellow circle in Fig 1.0 shows the link of email friend. You can directly email that job
to your friend by clicking on this link. It will redirect you to the following page.




Purple Circle: The purple circle in Fig 1.0 shows the link of RSS feed. RSS Feed us a family of web feed
formats used to publish frequently updated works. This link will redirect you to following page.
In Fig 1.0 when you click on any job it redirects you to the following page.




In the left panel it contains all the job details with respect to categories.

The red circle contains the link to print the details of that job. When you click on that link it redirects to
the following screen
When you click on the circled link it will ask you your printer settings and you can print the job details.
