					This Peer Evaluation Form is used by companies to evaluate an employee's
performance and competence. Conducting peer evaluations is an important exercise
which is used to maintain standards of quality, improve performance, and provide
credibility. This is a standard evaluation form which can be customized to fit the specific
needs of a company. It should be used by the human resources department within any
company or employer wishing to conduct peer evaluation of an employee.
