POLICY:
“Company” employees make a major contribution to business growth. Honesty, integrity, and
competence in job performance are necessary for customer satisfaction. The ability to develop
positive customer relations is essential to job performance. If an employee’s duties include a
support role, other employees should be treated as customers.
