1. Price and Payment Plan indicated above are w.e.f. 30.06.2011and

are subject to revision from time to time at the sole discretion of the

Company.





2. Service Tax / any other tax, if applicable, would be payable by the

Applicant(s) as per demand.





3. Government Charges include External Development Charges,

Infrastructure Development Charges, Infrastructure Augmentation

Charges, any other charges.





* Balance 90% of Government Charges are payable in installments

as elaborated in the Plot Buyers’ Agreement, i.e., 10% of Govt.

Charges with the second installment and balance in installments, as

elaborated in the “Agreement”, and to be completed with other

payments payable “On offer of Possession”.
