“ONE-TIME SHOWING” AGREEMENT

Seller acknowledges that EXIT 1 STOP REALTY and the Salesperson named above are
representing a prospective Buyer in the purchase of real property. Seller consents to the
showing of the above-referenced property to such a prospective Buyer.
Seller has chosen not to be represented by a Broker and agrees not to discuss with Broker any
confidential information which would be in the Buyer’s interest, unless Seller chooses to have
that information given to Buyer.
Seller acknowledges that the payment of a commission to the Broker constitutes an economic
adjustment in any contemplated transaction and such payment is authorized without creating
any agency relationship between Seller and Buyer Broker.
If the Buyer represented by the Sales person named above enters into a Contract with Seller to
purchase the above-referenced Property within_____________days from the date hereof and
thereafter settles upon the Property, Seller agrees to pay the Buyer Broker a real estate
