MAUI MEMORIAL and HANA HOSPITAL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

 Increased revenues over $16 million over the two-year period, from $54 million

to $62 million the first year, and to $67 million the second year.

acute care medical facility.

 Strategic physical growth and services financial planning for a five-year period.

 Instrumental in the planning for health system conversion from a state run to a

 Implemented billing change from all inclusive to fee for service with no
