							Rock Climbing Kit List

The following clothing and equipment is recommended for rock
climbing

Indoor rock climbing:

No particular special clothing is required, Clothing that is loose
fitting and comfortable to stretch in is ideal.

• Tracksuit bottoms or loose fitting trousers.
• A long sleeved top E.G. Fleece, or sweat shirt to warm up in.


You will be provided with:

• all technical equipment.
• Rock shoes.

Outdoor rock climbing:
 nesting level 1
• Layers of upper body clothing eg. A long sleeved top, fleece, base
layer, and a spare.
• Tracksuit bottoms/walking trousers. Not Jeans or heavy cotton
trousers. Waterproof jacket preferably breathable
• with taped seams.
• Waterproof Trousers [optional] preferably breathable with taped
seams.
• Trainers/walking boots/climbing shoes
• Sun cream
• Hat
