Verizon Builders- They are the first Public Limited Co in Realty Sector registered in Kerala. They are into
property development, construction of Malls and Apartments.Villas, resorts and Health resorts. Has
completed and handed over their first project in Aluva in record time. Their project-Silver Crest was a
runaway success during the depressed markets of 2009.

Has worked as Marketing Associate promoting projects and Investments for X Builders. Canvassed
investments for their Share Capital from HNI’s and NRI’s by effective promotional campaigns.

Job Profile: As Sales Manager, responsible for identifying, recruiting and appointing Insurance Advisors
